Race Results

Congratulations to our runners who traveled to Cuba last weekend.  Alfonso Chang completed the Havana Half Marathon in 1:49:54, and Steven Lee completed the full marathon in 3:41:11. And it wouldn’t be a Thanksgiving weekend without a Thanksgiving Day turkey trot.  Gina Lentine ran a 49:45 at the Bethesda Turkey Chase 10K.

This Weekend’s Race Results

It was NYC Marathon weekend.  Other than a little wind, the weather cooperated.  Annie Heck (4:19:25), Jodie Pfau (4:15:41), Rhonda Braun (3:44:39), Carol Buonanno (3:40:47), and Keila Merino (3:29:34) completed the marathon for the women.  Keila was a NYRR 3:30 pacer, and Jodie’s time was an almost 9-minute PR for her. I forgot to menton a couple of people from last weekend’s Staten Island 5K.  Rhonda Braun ran a 24:42, which was good for 9th place in her age division, and Javier Pinto ran a 29:06 in the same race.
