Monday 11/2/09:  Training Run

Group ‘A’ (Philly + Other Marathoners) – 6 mile loop clockwise at marathon goal pace with hill surges;  Group ‘B’ (Everyone else) – easy 4 mile loop

Wednesday 11/4/09:  HUNGRY MAN MARATHON

Reminder to arrive at 6:00 pm instead of 6:30 pm on Wednesday, lace up your running shoes and bring your appetite!  (See HUNGRY MAN MARATHON post for details.)
