This week’s workouts: 2/1-2/7

Monday, 2/1/10:  36-min run + core, 50/50

We will do another out-and-back run up the East drive.  Run counterclockwise around the lower loop and up the East Drive for 18 minutes, then turn around and run back to the WSY.  After the run we will go inside to racquetball court #6 for plank drills, 50 pushups and 50 situps.

Wednesday 2/3/10:  25-minutes on Strawberry Hill+ med ball

As a group, we will jog warm-up to the bottom of the hill ramp exit at Strawberry Field.  Run up the hill, left on the 72nd St. park entrance, and left on the West Drive to complete the loop, and continue to repeat this loop for 25 minutes.  Try to maintain a consistent pace around each loop (up and down the hill).  Afterwards, we will jog back to the WSY and inside to racquetball court #6 for a medicine ball core workout.
