This week’s workouts: 3/15-3/21

Monday 3/15/10:   Cat Hill Repeats

As a group, jog warm-up over to the Boathouse restaurant on the East Drive in Central Park.  From here, we will run repeats hard up to the traffic light at the top of the hill, then jog or walk back down the hill to the cross walk by the Boathouse.  Run 2 sets of 3-5 hill repeats with 5 minutes rest in between sets.  Jog cool down as a group back to WSY.

Wednesday 3/17/10:  Easy Run (out-and-back)

Run easy up the West Drive for 20 minutes, turn around and run back exactly the way you came.

Allyson Felix, Nike’s newest track and field athlete and 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist, will be at Niketown Run Club on Tuesday 3/16 @ 6:30 PM!

Meb Keflezighi, 2009 NYC Marathon Champion and 2004 Olympic Silver Medalist, will be at Niketown Run Club on Saturday 3/20 @ 8:30 AM!

NYC Half Marathon is this Sunday 3/21 @ 7:30 AM.  GOOD LUCK WSY RUNNERS!
