Monday.  Easy run.

Run up W. Drive and over Harlem Hill.  When you reach E. 102nd, turn around and retrace your steps back to W. 63rd Street.  (6.6 miles)

Wednesday.  400s & 800s

Warm up around the lower loop to E. 86th Street.  Run 2 x 400 86th to 91st @5K pace.  Run 2 x 800 86th to 96th @10K pace.  Run 2 x 400 86th to 91st @Mile pace.  90s active recovery after 400s and 2 minutes active recovery after 800s.  Cool down around the lower loop back to W. 63rd Street.  (5.6 mi)

The NYC Half Marathon lottery is now open.  The drawing will close on December 1st.  The drawing will take place on December 8th.
