For everyone that ran the marathon yesterday, run (or walk) one lower loop in a counterclockwise direction. For everyone else, run 2 lower loops. (1.7 or 3.4 miles)
Run up W. Drive to the 72nd Street Transverse and make a right. Run the 4-mile inner loop and end at 63rd Street. Run at a progressive pace. Marathoners run at a conversational pace. (4.7 miles)
