This Week’s Workouts: 11/28 – 12/4

Congratulations to Steven Lee who followed up last week’s Havana Marathon with the Panama City International Marathon this weekend.

Monday.  Easy run.

Run up W. Drive to 86th Street.  Enter the reservoir and run a complete loop plus a little extra, exiting at Engineer’s Gate.  Run up E. Drive and cross the 102nd Street Transverse.  Run down W. Drive and end your run at 63rd Street.  (6.6 miles)

Wednesday.  Tempo.

Warm up counterclockwise around the lower loop to E. 72nd.  Run the 4 mile inner loop at your tempo pace.  Run 4 Cat Hill repeats.  Cool down back to 63rd Street via the 72nd Street Transverse.  (7.8 miles)
