This week’s workouts: 4/18-4/24

Monday 4/18/11:  Congratulations to all the Boston Marathon Runners!

Wednesday 4/20/11:  Timed-Interval West Side Run + Boston & Chloe Duval Celebration!

As a group, warm-up for 10 minutes up Central Park’s West Drive.  At 10 minutes, begin running intervals:  “hard” for 2 minutes, “easy” for 1 minute.  Turn right on the 102nd Street Transverse, and continue to the end (where the 102nd Street Transverse meets the East Drive).  Continuing with the intervals, turn around and run along the same route back to the WSY. After the run, we’ll walk down the block to P.J. Clarkes (63rd Street and Broadway) for a few drinks downstairs.  There is so much to celebrate!  Aside from the Boston Marathon, Claudina and Jerome welcomed baby Chloe into the world last week!  Let’s all gather at this outing to take a group photo for baby Chloe and family! There will be new t-shirts for everyone so that we look good for the picture.
