Workouts for Jan 9th and 11th

Monday, January 9th.  Easy run with Hill Repeats. 

Option 1: Run up West Drive.  Turn right at 102nd Street transverse.  Run down East Drive.  Continue around the lower loop, and meet at the base of the Strawberry Fields Hill.  (5.8 miles).  Option 2: When you are running down East Drive, you can cut across at the 72nd Street transverse and meet at the base of the Strawberry Fields Hill.  (4.7 miles).  4-6 hill repeats.  Jog/walk recovery down the hill.

Wednesday, January 11th.  Tempo run. 

Warm up to the West Side Highway.  Run south at tempo pace for 15 minutes.  Turn around and run 15 minutes back.  Cool down back to the YMCA.

Congratulations to Chris D’Angelo in the Joe Kleinerman 10K this past Saturday.  He ran a 46:53.
