Monday 12/26/11: Easy Run

Run the 6- or 5- mile loop, counterclockwise, at conversational pace.

Wednesday 12/28/11: Mile Repeats

As a group, jog warm up to the middle of the 72nd street transverse. From here, run HARD clockwise around the lower loop to the traffic light at the Columbus Circle park entrance (1 mile). Jog cool down back to the middle of the 72nd street transverse to complete the lower loop. Run 2-3 repeats, then jog cool down back to WSY.
