This week’s workouts: 12/19 – 12/25


Monday 12/19/11:  Strawberry Fields Repeats

As a group, jog warm up to the bottom of the Strawberry Field Hill, just past the 72nd Street transverse on the West Drive.  From here, run up the hill, turn left on the 72nd Street park entrance, then left again on the West Drive to complete the loop.  Run consecutive repeats of this loop at a comfortably-hard pace for 25 minutes.  Jog cool down as a group back to WSY.

Wednesday 12/21/11:  West Side Run

Complete this out-and-back run at conversational pace.  Run up the West Drive to one of two turnaround points:  a) where the 102nd Street Transverse meets the West Drive OR b) where the 102nd Street Transverse meets the East Drive (up and over Harlem and Snake Hills).  Turn around and run back along the same route.
