This week’s workouts: 12/5 – 12/11

Monday 12/5/11:  Cat Hill Repeats

As a group, jog warm-up to the Boathouse Restaurant.  From the crosswalk outside the restaurant to the crosswalk and traffic light at the top of Cat Hill is one repeat (1/4 mile).  Run a set of 8-10 repeats, running hard up the hill and jogging easy back down.  Jog cool down as a group back to WSY.

Wednesday 12/7/11:  Short Easy West Side Run

Run north on Central Park’s West Drive to the 102nd Street Transverse at an easy pace.  Turn around and run back along the same route, for a total distance of ~4.25 miles.
