This week’s workouts: 11/21 – 11/27

Congratulations to Chuck and Gabe for stellar performances in the Race to Deliver on Sunday!  5th and 20th in age groups, respectively… nice work!  Congratulations to Jeanne for a great new PR at the Philadelphia Marathon on Sunday – 3:51:22!

Monday 11/21/11:  Harlem Hill Repeats

As a group, jog warm up to the base of Harlem Hill – just past the 102nd Street Transverse on the West Drive.  Run 5-7 hard repeats up the hill to the traffic light, and jog slow recovery back down the hill.  Jog cool down as a group back to WSY.

Wednesday 11/23/11:  Pre-Thanksgiving 5-mile Loop

Start out easy running North on Central Park’s West Drive (clockwise).  Pick up to a comfortably hard training pace around the 5-mile loop.
