This week’s workouts: 11/14-11/20

Monday 11/14/11: West Side Run

Choose one of two turnaround options on this out-and-back run. Start out running north on Central Park’s west drive. Turn around where the 102nd street transverse meets the West Drive OR where the 102nd street transverse meets the East Drive. Run back along the same route, and try to pick up the pace on the return trip.

Wednesday 11/16/11: “4 and 4”

As a group, jog warm-up across the 72nd street transverse to the East Drive. From here, run the 4-mile loop counterclockwise at a medium-hard pace. Upon completing the loop, proceed directly into 4 Cat Hill repeats: run HARD up to the traffic light at the top of the hill, and recover EASY back down to the crosswalk by the Boathouse restaurant. Jog cool down as a group back to WSY.
