This week’s workouts: 11/7-11/13

Monday 11/7/11:  6-mile loop with uphill pickups

Run the 6-mile loop counterclockwise, starting at conversational pace.  Each time you hit an incline, increase the pace all the way to the top.  Resume running at a moderate pace when you reach each crest.

Wednesday 11/9/11:  Strawberry Hill Tempo Run

Jog warm up as a group to the base of Strawberry Hill, just past where the West Drive meets the 72nd Street Transverse.  At tempo pace, continuously repeat this loop:  up strawberry hill, left at 72nd Street, left on West Drive back to the base of the hill.  Keep up the pace for 20 minutes.  As a group, jog cool down back to WSY.
