It was another great weekend for running. Congrats to Kevin for completing the Chicago Marathon. Benny raced the Boston Half Marathon. Huw, Julien, Jeff, and Mike ran the Staten Island Half Marathon. It was another great weekend for WSY runners. Benny kicked butt at the Clarence DeMar Marathon in New Hampshire with a 3:10:34 finish. Julien Castrie ran a PR of 3:31:43 at the Berlin Marathon. Monday. 400m repeats. Warm up on the West Drive to the 102nd Street Transverse. Run across the transverse at your mile race pace. Rest for 60 to 90 seconds and run across the transverse in the opposite direction. Run 8 to 10 repeats. Cool down back to 63rd Street. Wednesday. Tempo.
